Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Interact with our customers to align service of their needs, with our corporate objectives.
- Be the eyes and ears of our brand as if your own reputation depended on it.
- Minute by minute participation in conversations that surround our content and brand, answer comments, be a mediator.
- Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding our brand, report to appropriate parties.
- Participate in social media, as yourself and white hat avatars, on our behalf.
Qualifications:
- Has a bachelor’s or associates degree in advertising, marketing, communications, English, IT related
- With experience as a Social Media Coordinator (Provides customer feedback using social media accounts)
- Digitally Savvy – Social media – Facebook, Twitter , Instagram, Linkedin
- Excellent in both written and oral English Proficiency
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro City.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, holiday and weekdays off.
** If without client interaction, must have CSR/TSR BPO experience**
