COLLECTION STAFF
District Services Department

Qualifications:

• College graduate (preferably Commerce)
• With Professional Driver’s License (Restriction 1 and 2)

Functions include:

• Ensure proper documentation and posting of daily collection from banks, collectors-at-large and over-the-counter payments.
• Monitor account of delinquent customers as well as generate and serve demand letters to disconnected customers
