Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Male/Female;
- With At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be familiar and knowledgeable with different HR facets (Employee and Labor Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Recruitment, Organization Development, etc).
- Experience in a managerial capacity.
- Strong People Management Skills
