Qualifications:
- Highly motivated Kitchen Crew-Dishwasher with experience in diverse hospitality settings.
- Proactive personality and strongly organized
- Can work independently and with less supervision
- Can work in hot area
- Has the ability to work fast-paced environment, standing in prolonged period of time as necessary
- Has good physical strength and stamina to perform hard job will be preferred
- Successful track record of working on the back-end in the food service industry
- Hands on experience in preparing and presenting quality food items in accordance with set recipes
- Known for perfectly following safety, hygiene and sanitation practices as per protocols
- Has the willingness to be trained
- Able to work closely and communicate with co-workers, in constant high pace doing a variety of “time restraint” tasks.
- Competent in choosing and using best quality ingredients and equipment to cook and prepare food items
- Has the ability to sort and stock clean utensils and dishware
- Flexibility (weekends and holidays)
Other Duties:
- Sort and remove trash and garbage
- Change dish chemicals or water frequently.
- Wash/mop variety of work areas (i.e. tables, walls, refrigerator, floor etc.) daily.
- Able to work closely and communicate with co-workers, in constant high pace doing a variety of “time restraint” tasks.
- Willing to do other functions assigned by management.
