Virtual Assistant - performs many of the same tasks as an assistant handles in a traditional workplace. This position is responsible for leads generation through handling outbound calls, data entry jobs, appointments setting which includes forwarding calls to the appropriate department and other clerical jobs.
Excellent Command in English both written and verbal communication.
Good Computer Skills; Customer Service Oriented
A Degree in ANY Course is an ADVANTAGE
Vocational Course in Call Center
College level at least 3rd Year or Similar applications are ACCEPTED.
Ability to work in a Night Shift & ONSITE
Preferred but not a Requirement is an Experience in Call Center (Outbound and Cold Calls)
