Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or any related field
2. With at least one (1) year of OD experience with direct exposure to employee engagement
3. Knowledge of/exposure to Call Center Operations is an advantage
4. With effective communication and comprehension skills
5. Willing to work on a flexible schedule
