Office Staff/Data Encoder
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry
- Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms
- Update data and other necessary files
- Check source documents for accuracy
- Store or file completed documents in designated locations
- Respond to Management’s request for information and access relevant files
- Comply data integrity and security policies
- Responsible for inbound phone calls.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or any business related courses
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Power Point
- Dedicated and meticulous with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong time management skills, result driven
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Team focused
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and open to changes
- Exposure in distribution operation is a plus but not necessary
- Willing to work in Cagayan de Oro City
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
