- Responsibilities:*
- Implements given task on time and according to the approved plan and drawings given by the supervisor considering the quality of work, productivity and safety.
- Provides specific instructions to his subordinates in performing their job according to given standards to complete the project on time.
- Guides his subordinates in performing their job efficiently and ensures that proper procedures are being followed.
- Let the workers know their mistake in performing their job and commends those who performed well.
- Provides and explains the use of “Explanation Slip” to workers who have not followed standards procedures or infraction to company rules.
- Studies the flow of work and gives enough attention to priority situation which needs quick decision and action.
- Prepares daily accomplishment and foreman’s daily time report to be submitted to his supervisor.
- Strictly implements company rules and regulations in relation to quality of work, productivity and safety in the project.
- Conducts daily toolbox meeting with subordinates.
- Accomplishes the monthly Performance Evaluation of his subordinates to be submitted to his supervisor for approval.
- Complies with the proper operating procedures of safety and health standards and regulations.
- Supports Environmental Management System with respect to their job.
- Adhere to Policies/Procedure, Employee Code of Ethics and Conduct and Corporate Governance.
- Protects intellectual property, company proprietary and confidential information.
Qualifications:
- At least College level
- Honest, dedicated and flexible in all kinds of works.
- With good interpersonal skills
- With 3 to 4 years relevant work experience in a construction firm.
