Responsibilities:
- Able to be proactive in the strategic planning process and the development of an organization
- Able to work closely with management teams within the company to ensure workforce efficiency
- Keep open communication with all Team Members regarding issues
- Develop a working knowledge of business operations including but not limited to management, safety, finance and production operations
- Determines workforce requirements for departments
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all manufacturing processes
- Resolve day-to-day complications in scheduling changes, equipment utilization, and personnel requirements, etc.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Able to manage the HR facets
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company and departments to facilitate other business operations
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
Qualifications:
- With 3-5 years experience
- Has proven experience as an administration manager/HR practitioner
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with leadership skills
