Responsibilities:
- Administer all control process equipments and analyze all risks
- Manage all communication with various departments to mitigate all unit risks
- Prepare and update various optimization daily plans and provide appropriate feedback to all operations
- Analyze all production plans and evaluate all downtime against plans
- Conduct cost/benefits analyses and project returns on investments
- Develop recommendations based on sound engineering practices and business considerations
- Manage or coordinate engineering projects of major significance to the company
- Proactively develop and implement measures to improve operations and customer satisfaction
- Establish schedules and resource requirements for major engineering projects
- Determine most effective means of accomplishing objectives and coordinate related engineering activities
- Plan, conduct, coordinate, and develop recommendations regarding varied analytical studies, such as the application of advanced engineering concepts and processes
- Analyze engineering and business aspects of proposed programs, develop proposals, and coordinate associated activities
Requirements:
- With a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Has organizational and leadership abilities
- Equipped with communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Problem-solving skills
