Supervises activities and inspects accomplishments of engineering personnel
Ensure safe & effecient operations and maintenance activities
Maintains logbook of operations and maintenance activities
Checks all mechanical and electrical equipment throughout the hotel
Reports discrepancies in data and determines reasons and initiates remedial action
Records in the logbooks all incidents and action taken.
Directs staff on their assigned jobs and attends to maintenance orders as well as standing instructions together with the work orders
Conducts specific technical studies and tests related to Engineering operations , specifically with regards to laundry, F&B, kitchen and general engineering operations.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board, Bar or License Exam), Electrical Engineering
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Experience in hotel engineering or building services, experience in a similar role is required.
