Customer Service Representatives Fulltime

Responsibilities:

  • Provide answers to inquiries involving a company’s product or services to enhance the level of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with the customers to respond, follow-up and resolve issues
  • Deal with customer feedback and determine action on the customer’s request.

Qualifications:

  • At least College Level
  • Good English Communication Skills
  • Experience in a call center is a plus, but not required
  • Willing to work at night or shifting schedules
  • Computer-literate with at least 35 wpm typing skills.
  • Fresh graduates are always welcome to apply
