PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
(Cagayan de Oro)
Reporting to the VP & General Manager, key duties & responsibilities includes but not limited to:
- Product conceptualization and design, project budgeting and sales and marketing planning.
- Product monitoring and delivery, attainment of sales targets for his/ her assigned product lines in general.
- Oversee Sales & Marketing activities.
The ideal candidate must have:
- A Management/ Industrial Engineering, Marketing or Economics degree, preferably with MBA;
- With a minimum of 7 years’ experience in project development planning and marketing of real estate development projects, such as but not limited to condominium projects, horizontal subdivisions;
- With above average skills in sales, marketing, planning, leading, controlling and people management;
- Familiarity with scheduling and construction and engineering practice;
- Ability to initiate programs and achieve results in a dynamic manner;
- Ability to do multi-tasks and can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Pleasing personality and with above average communication skills;
- Knowledge of various computer software and applications.
