Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation, the owner-developer of the 367-hectare masterplanned Pueblo de Oro township project in Cagayan de Oro City, invites dynamic and topnotch individuals for the position of:

Technical & General Services Officer
The successful candidate shall be responsible in preparing daily and weekly schedule of activities and daily deployment schedule of Operation’s personnel. He will supervise, monitor and inspect ground maintenance and general repair works. The ideal candidate we are looking for shall be:

• A graduate of BS in Civil Engineering, preferably license
• Male/ Female, 25 – 35 years old
• At least with 4 years housing & building construction experience
• Knows how to drive 4 wheel vehicles/motorcycle and have a Driver’s License
• Computer literate preferably knows AUTOCAD operation
• Good in communication & interpersonal skills
• Can work well without the supervision of the head and a team player
