Responsibilities:
- Oversees overall activity of production personnel in his/her shift.
- Inspect the best before date and product code of all the filling machines. It must be according to Nestle coding system and makes necessary action in case of deviation.
- Ensure that the required shifting production target is achieved.
- Inspect all production logsheets, records; implement an on time and proper monitoring, and recording. Affix signature after checking.
- Summarize the usage of both raw and packaging materials daily.
- Conduct daily inventory of all the remaining raw and packaging materials in the Production Supply Area (PSA).
- Checks the proper packing of finish goods, sealing of poly-bags and inner carton, taping and palletizing of finish goods.
- Conduct random checking of cased finish good for missing pack in the packing line.
- Monitor daily variance in raw and packaging materials.
- Collects and submits all filled-out production forms daily to the production office.
- Supervise repair of filling machine in major trouble.
- Monitor quality of work of production personnel in his/her shift.
- Accounts the total number of packed finish goods in shipping cases obtained by the Packers in his/her shift.
- Control the cut-off of finish goods output.
- Fill-out Line Leader checklist.
- Monitor attendance of personnel.
- In-charge in the investigation, conducting root-cause analysis if necessary, making and on-time submission of report that involves raw and packaging materials and even finish goods or those that has impact to food safety.
- Responsible in making necessary job request for any repair, modification or installation of equipments and accessories in the production line.
Qualifications:
- Any 4-year course or equivalent
- With a minimum requirement of 1 year related supervisory experience
- Of good moral character, keen to details and has good monitoring skills
- Able to communicate effectively,demonstrate technical expertise, responsible, organized and has initiative
