Spruce Designer Network Inc. is a dynamic retail and distribution company that brings global fashion lifestyle brands to the Philippines. We own and operate nine (9) retail stores in Northern and Western Mindanao: the Spruce Flagship store located at Limketkai Mall, Cagayan de Oro City, and in the same city, the branch in Centrio an Ayala Mall; the Spruce branches in Iligan City, Ozamiz City, Pagadian City, Butuan City, Valencia City and in Zamboanga City; the All Flip-Flops branch at SM City Cagayan de Oro; and the Sperry Top-Sider store in Centrio an Ayala Mall in Cagayan de Oro City. We also have exclusive distributorship of Havaianas in Northern and Western Mindanao. In the past, we had operated PUMA & Rockport Stores. Another business venture emerged in September 2014 when we started Spruce Pinked Direct Selling Business.

Business Development Officer
Ensures achievement of growth and revenue targets and must keep expenditures within the set budget. Develop and implement strategies to achieve the set performance indices for the following key result areas:

  • REVENUE
    a.) Ensures 100% achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual recruitment and sales targets set by the company.
    b.) Develops and implements measurable and winning action plans to achieve sales target.
    c.) Conducts product, business orientation.
    d.) Initiates and implements sales and recruitment activities.
  • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
    a.) Widens network coverage by identifying and developing new areas and dealers while maintaining and growing the existing portfolio of dealers.
    b.) Identifies, trains and coaches dealers.
  • ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
    a.) Manages and expands existing base of dealer accounts to achieve recruitment and sales targets.
    b.) Promotes revenue growth among the existing base of dealers through a process of continuous interaction and understanding of customer requirements.
    c.) Builds and maintains good working relations with dealers and obtains constant feedback on products and service quality to ensure higher dealer retention.
    d.) Conducts periodic business review with dealers to ensure steady growth and achievement of recruitment and sales targets.
    e.) Monitors and analyzes dealer performance on a continual basis to identify any growth or decline in recruitment and sales performance and takes action accordingly and immediately.

Qualifications:

  • With Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the field of Business Management, Marketing or any related course.
  • 5 -7 years solid experience in Direct Selling/Wholesale or Concession Business focusing on Sales Management/Store Operations/Merchandising or People Handling with 3-5 years in the supervisory/managerial level.
  • With excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance. Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales teams.
  • Experience in developing Sales strategies, Customer Service and Training programs.
  • Keen to details and with strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, plus a good working knowledge with MS Excel.
