Responsibilities:

What do CSRs do? They assist customers by identifying technical problems and resolve computer-related problems, researching answers, guiding customers through corrective steps, or even making sales in certain situations, such as encouraging customers to upgrade to better products, or services. This job is very important because Customer Service Representatives are the ears and voices of the company.

Requirements:
At least HIGH SCHOOL graduate
Must be at least 18 years old and above
Required language(s): English
No work experience required.
400 Full-Time position(s) available.
