a. Preferably must be a graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering or a licensed engineer;
b. Male, not more than 45 years old
c. Experience working and managing in any plant at least 1-2 years is an advantage
d. Candidate must understand process and flow of operation
e. Candidate must have good oral and written communication skills, computer literate, can work
under pressure and physically fit;
f. With good moral character and good leadership skills;
