Oversees DCRC operations including training, reporting, process improvements, budgeting and metrics; supervises the resolution of concerns to the customer’s satisfaction

1. a graduate of any four-year business-related course
2. with one to two years of relevant work experience
3. with good communication and interpersonal skills
4. with good managerial and mentoring skills
5. customer-oriented, organized and systematic
6. willing to be assigned in Dipolog
