Summary of Job Description : Responsible in food preparation as well as the cooking activities both meals and specialty food. Ensure timely preparations of all meals and sure that food met quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities : • Plan menus and direct food preparation and cooking activities.
• Prepare and cook food of all types, either on regular basis or for special functions.
• Timely check the quality of raw materials and cooled food products to ensure standards are met.
• Use labor and menu costing programs to price labor and food percentages.
• Coordinate planning, budgeting and purchasing for all the food preparations within the establishments.
• Record production and operational data on specified forms.
• Meet with the customers to discuss menus for special occasions and reservations.
• Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills.
• Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station.
• Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients.
• Determine production schedule and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of service.
• Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor\'s/College Degree , Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Specialized in Western and International Cuisine
• Possess good personality
• Works well in a team
• Full-Time position(s) available.
