Duties and Responsibilities:
Bake cakes, pastries & breads
Must know how to motivate his staff
Execute leadership towards staff
Responsible o any related baking procedures
BAKER/ASSISTANT BAKER
Qualifications:
• Male, not more than 35 years old
• At least high school graduate or college level
• Has good interpersonal/social skills
• With experience on baking breads, cakes, and pastries
• Honest
• Hardworking and willing to work beyond 8 hours
