1. Responsible for all other administrative requirements of the PGC.
a. Responsible for the procurement issuance of office and general supplies.
b. Ensures proper maintenance of the company’s administrative records/documents.
c. Ensures that the company adheres to different governmental building and business requirements/regulations such as permits and licenses.
2. Responsible for the Recruitment, Selection, and Hiring of Applicants for all of all of the Palaña Group of Company’s (PGC) Strategic Business Units (SBU).
a. Ensures that vacancies are filled out with competent employees in a timely manner.
b. Ensures that all newly hired employees have submitted all requirements and have undergone the necessary investigations and background checks.
c. Ensures that all newly hired employees are oriented of the company’s policies, general rules, and regulations, as well as their respective job descriptions and responsibilities before they are deployed.
3. Implements the PGC Code of Conducts as well as company policies, rules, and regulations.
a. Ensures proper handling and documentation of employee violations and corresponding disciplinary actions.
b. Ensures proper dissemination or communication and documentation of any updates on the company’s Code of Conduct, policies, rules, or regulations.
