We are looking for FRONT OFFICE STAFF who can fulfill the job purpose:
• To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering delightful customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
• Maintains a high standard of service and hospitality at all times. Coordinates and cooperates with other department of the hotel with reference to hotel guests’ needs.
• To promote the Company Mission Statement through continual demonstration of the Personality.
Qualifications:
• Degree holder of a four-year course
• Male or female not over 30 years old
• With pleasing personality and physically fit
• Male applicant must be at least 5’6” and female applicant must be at least 5’2” in height
• Articulate and can speak English language fluently.
• Friendly, happy to help, flexible, honest.
