Responsibilities:
• Implements prescribed policies and operating guidelines set for all personnel with computing equipment in the computer laboratory. Reports promptly in writing, all computing incidents that may threaten data security, system security and the likes.
• Assists trainers and training supervisor in facilitating training programs as needed.
• Implements 5s in the computer laboratory.
• Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any 4-year IT-related course (IT, Computer Science, etc.)
• Working knowledge of computers and educational software troubleshooting
• Ability to communicate and work well with others
• Good English communication skills
