Cinema Cashier for SM City Cagayan de Oro

Job Description:

Responsible for maintaining an accurate and authentic record of all transactions involving customers’ payments at SM Cinema, in consonance with the set cashiering systems and procedures.

1. Sell movie tickets to patrons and take note of admission prices
2. Maintains record of cash sales receipt
3. Maintains proper customer relations conduct

Qualifications:

• Must have completed at least 2 years of College Education
• Customer Service Oriented and with pleasing personality
• Must possess good communication skills
• Willing to work during weekends and holidays
• Trustworthy and motivated
• Experience in customer service related field is an advantage (restaurants, hotel, etc)
