Qualifications:
• Female, 23 to 30 yrs old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or equivalent
• At least one (1) year work experience specializing in Human Resource or equivalent.
• Excellent in Written and Oral Communication with Interpersonal Skills
• Must be Objective, Thorough and Highly-Analytical
Responsibilities:
o Ensures effective management of employees.
o Handles Disciplinary Actions
o Payroll preparation
