What do TSRs do? They assist customers by identifying technical problems and resolve computer-related problems, researching answers, guiding customers through corrective steps, or even making sales in certain situations, such as encouraging customers to upgrade to better products, or services. This job is very important because Product Consultants are the ears and voices of the company.
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
Required skill(s): Troubleshooting Skills.
Required language(s): English.
