Starting Salary: (P20,000-P25,000) Commensurate with Experience
Primary Shift: Night-shift (6AM-2PM)
Responsibilities:
- Managing Email Account
- Train 4-8 CDA’s to QCR position each month
- Automate processes to maximize productivity
- Develop new training materials and/or policies for processing Quality Controls
- Set meetings with QCR Reviewer to improve teaching techniques
- Set meetings with programming team to introduce improvements in the workflow
- Set joint meetings with HRM and staff and who continue making the same errors
- Miscellaneous Tasks
