Administrative Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Performs various administrative activities
-Keeps and maintains complete up to date 201 file of employees
-Acts as a receptionist
-Provides other clerical functions like answering phone calls, scanning, printing, distributing of documents, sorting of files, typing of documents, sending mails and etc.
-Processes employee’s documents for promotion, salary increase and change in work location.
-Compiles and maintains an up to date hard copy and electronic records of applicants
-Complies and sorts all records and business activities

Qualifications:
-4 year course business graduate; preferably business administration or business management
-computer literate
- Good interpersonal relations
-proficient in both written and oral communication
-detail oriented
