Responsibilities:
Assist customers when they have trouble or questions using computer softwares.
Provide services such as encoding, printing, downloading and all other operations provided by the café.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the place.
Keep accurate records of logs.
Generate sales report and do other clerical works.
Criteria:
At least 18 years of age.
Must possess at least a High School Diploma/Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate.
Competent Computer Background. Must be good in MS Office Applications.
Knows how to troubleshoot different kinds of computer programs, hardwares and softwares.
Must possess knowledge on popular online and LAN games because he or she will be assisting customers to use it.
Punctual, Honest, Reliable, Friendly and Hardworking.
Fast Learner, Prompt and Organized.
Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, willing to extend hours until midnight. Can do shifting schedule morning and night.
Immune to loud noise
Preferably just living near MSU-IIT or Tibanga area
