JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
2. Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to the store on time.
3. Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
4. Verifies that the required order is within the agreed budget
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
2. At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Preferably 1-4 years experienced employees specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material and Warehouse Management or equivalent
4. Strong oral and written communication skills
5. Willing to start ASAP
6. 1 Full-Time position available
