Must be a High School Graduate, or vocational / Technical graduate/college graduate
TESDA Certificate is an advantage
With basic knowledge in troubleshooting
At least 2 years work experience
With driver’s license restriction code 1-8(operator), code 1,2,3 (Dump truck)
Must be honest with good moral character
