Admin Assistant/Accounting Staff Fulltime

Main Responsibilities :
1. Recording and/ or posting of hotel supplies and equipment received including purchases.
2. Pre-auditing of daily reports from Grace Residence Hall (GRH), Oro Kleene Laundry (OK) and Gold City Laundry (GCL)
3. Updating of US Dollar rates daily ( Internet & call )
Other Responsibilities:
1. Deliver payments, deposit money and collect payments when necessary.
2. Receive communications and guests.
3. Deliver/ Return checks and/ or communications to other SBUs or departments.
4. Perform other task or assignments as may be required.


Qualifications:
1. Female, not more than 35 years old
2. Graduate of any business related courses
3. experience in using peach tree is an advantage
4. can work with minimal supervision
5. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
