1. Female, not more than 35 years old
2. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
3. At least 3-5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
4. Familiar with Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Selection and Labor Relations
5. Possess high level of professionalism and integrity, must be highly organized
6. Excellent leadership and communication skills
7. Can work with minimal supervision.
8. Exhibits skills in active listening and coaching; flexible and competent.
