HR Admin / Recruitment Officer Fulltime

Qualifications:
• Male/Female (25 years old and above)
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or other business related courses.
• With at least one year relevant experience in recruitment, Admin and other HR function.
• Must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently under pressure.
• Strong analytical abilities, and have good communication skills.
• Flexible and willing to be trained.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS.

• Responsible for coordinating recruitment and hiring process. Assists with the professional and classified staff. This includes opening recruitments, placing ads, relevant documentation and correspondence, and properly archiving job files. recruitment process and administrative, screening applications, arranging interviews, contacting applicants, maintaining all relevant documentation and correspondence, and properly archiving job files.
• Process and maintain Human Resources personnel files for all staff employee classifications. Responsible for retention and archiving of all personnel records.
• Act in a confidential capacity handling external and internal inquiries from the public, employees, & departments.
• Assist in orientation and exit interview process.
• Provide office management and clerical services. Examples: include phone calls, mail, scheduling, filing system upkeep, preparing purchase orders, monitoring department budget.
• Other duties as assigned.
