Job Description
Estimator Engineer is responsible for compiling estimates of how much a project will cost to provide a client or potential client with products or services. He or she will do this by working out how much a project is likely to cost and create budgets accordingly. The job involves assessing material, labor and equipment required and analyzing different quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers.
Qualifications:
•Candidate must be licensed Civil Engineer.
•Preferably female
•Experience is an advantage but will also accept fresh graduate.
•Candidate must have excellent communication skills in both written & oral.
•Candidate must have a sound knowledge if building materials and construction methods.
•Candidate must be knowledgeable in construction work, relating to materials required, hourly output of workers and plant, overhead expenses and costs of all kinds.
• Candidate must have the ability to collect, classify and evaluate data that would be useful in estimating.
• Candidate must have a systematic and orderly mind to do careful and accurate calculations.
