Assistant Manager for Recruitment Fulltime

Responsibilities:

Identifies various sources of recruitment by keeping abreast of current hiring trends and practices such as online and telephone recruitment, job postings, job fairs, campus recruitment, outsourcing for management positions, referral systems and etc. to ensure continuous supply of qualified applicants needed by operations and other units in the Company.

Supervises the development of database for pooling of applicants as a ready source of candidates.

Sets up policies and procedures to facilitate recruitment processes and new systems for improving current practices such as electronic testing of applicants for faster processing of results, etc.

Conducts interviews of applicants and designates operations people to conduct preliminary interview of applicants as part of the screening procedure to ensure getting the right people for the right jobs.


Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Recruitment/Staffing or equivalent.
