JOB SUMMARY
Accountable for the efficient operations and attainment of sales quota of all brands in the Mindanao region; whilst ensuring the attainment of sales target of own supervised concession accounts through effective management of manpower, operations inventory and merchandise.
Responsible for leading the team and safeguarding company assets and resources.
Formulates, proposes & implements plans for concession business expansion in Mindanao.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Male/Femaile, 30 years old and above
At least 5 - 10 year(s) of supervisory working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General, all facets of office operations, human resources management
With proven sales ability and customer service skills
Analytical, has good problem solving skills, good conflict/feedback management
Good communication skills as well as negotiating skills
Positive and passionate attitude towards work
Mature and trustworthy
With basic orientation on the concession operations
With product knowledge
