- Must have good analytical and communication skills
-Preferably Experienced Employees specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent
-Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good Leadership skills
-Can handle people, and day to day monitoring, and scheduling
-Has good decision making skills, and initial disposition
- Willing to be assigned in Villanueva Misamis Oriental
