DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervises and maintains staff in the department.
2. Undertakes the recruitment, selection and hiring process of the organization including training and orientation of employees.
3. Maintains a safe and secure work environment and develops employee growth opportunities.
4. Monitors and verifies employee attendance.
5. Verifies employee attendance.
6. Keeps personnel/employee records up-to-date and handles general records keeping.
7. Assists department supervisors with HR issues.
8. Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, plans, and monitors and appraises job results; coaches, counsels, disciplines employees; initiates, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies and procedures.
9. Ensures that current Labor practice and standards are followed and applied.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Female
Graduate of Psychology / any Behavorial Science & Human Resource Management Course or equivalent
With 1-2 years experience in all HR Facets is preferred
Knowledge in the Philippine Labor Code and its application is a plus
With good verbal & written communication skills & People Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Highly organized -Quick to absorb and carry out instructions
Can work with minimum supervision
