• Candidate must possess at Bachelor’s Degree on any 4 year course
• Knowledgeable in computer operations (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Flexible and knows how to deal with different types of people
• Knows how to drive is an advantage
• Must be articulate and responsible in everything especially in the assigned task
• At least 2 years in handling subdivision for move-in units and other jobs related to the same field
