Tasks
1. Assists in the preparation of food
2. Assists with planning meals far enough ahead to minimize the need for food substitutions
3. Assists in preparing meals
4. Helps to maintain established standards of sanitation, safety and food preparation and storage.
5. Substitutes for the Cook in her/his absence.
6. Attends and participates in grantee-sponsored trainings, center pre-service and in-service trainings, and other continuing education, career and professional development opportunities.
7. Performs other duties, as assigned.
Qualification
20-30 years old
at least high school graduate
male/female
restaurant experience is a plus but not required
must be willing to be trained immediately.
