• Knowledge in STAAD is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in both written & oral.
• Must possess sound mathematical and technical skills.
• Ability to think methodically, to design, plan & manage project.
• Ability to maintain an overview of entire project while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities.
• Negotiating, Supervisory & Leadership skills combined with the ability to delegate.
• Excellent in cost estimate.
