Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular and irregular inspection of all factory units, e.g., production sites, warehouses, services and environment to ensure their compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Make monthly Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) reports covering work achieved in hygiene improvement and practices.
- Organize hygiene activities during and after shutdowns and major maintenance and repair jobs like employee and contractor’s compliance to good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Give seminar/orientation to new hires and new contractors concerning hygiene and sanitation.
- Responsible for the documentation of Standard Procedure (SP) and Work Instructions (WI) on hygiene and sanitation.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of Microbiology, Biology or other related courses with Microbiology units.
- With at least 2 years experience as Factory hygienist in food manufacturing company.
- Able to work effectively with little supervision.
- Must be organized, hardworking, resourceful and with good leadership skills.
