1. Female; not more than 25 years old
2. At least 5’5” in height, weight is proportional to height
3. Graduate of Office Administration or equivalent
4. With secretarial work related experience
5. Computer Literate
6. Excellent in oral and communication skills
7. Experience in records management is an advantage
8. Pleasing personality and good interpersonal skills
