ACTUAL JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. COMMERCIAL LINENS
• Inspect and clean the washing equipment/ machine and Turn-on the washing machine.
• Sort and segregate linens then Load the laundry.
• Set the machine according to the standard program designed for the laundry loaded into the machine.
• While waiting for the machine to finish the laundry, fold other linens and hang laundry on a line when washing is done.
• Take from the line all linens that are dry.
• After the shift ends turn-off the machine.
B. ASSORTED
• Inspect and clean the washing equipment/ machine and turn-on the washing machine.
• Sort and segregate clothes, check also if everything is complete according to Job Order Receipt.
• Load the clothes to the machine and set to pre wash.
• Set the machine according to the standard program designed for the laundry loaded into the machine.
• After washing transfer the clothes to the dryer machine and set the machine according to items loaded.
• After dryer machine fold, segregate and check if everything is complete according to Job Order.
• Turn-off machine after the shift ends.
