What do PSRs do? They provide technical and product support to customers by identifying technical problems, assisting customers to resolve computer-related glitches, researching answers, guiding customers through corrective steps, or even making sales in certain situations, such as encouraging customers to upgrade to better products, or services. This job is very important because PSRs are the ears and voices of the company.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Required skill(s): Good technical skills.
Required language(s): English.
