PURCHASING STAFF
(1 Vacant Position)
The Purchasing Staff is involved in the preparation, acknowledgement, control, monitoring, filing, review and reporting of purchase requests / orders, sourcing and control of suppliers, respond to end-user and supplier inquiries on order status, changes / cancellations, amongst others.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of any 4-year Business Management or Administrative Course or equivalent
With experience in the solicited field
Detail oriented
Strong organizational and exceptional analytical skills
Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor
Ability to follow direction and work independently
