Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
- Assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
- Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Sales Manager.
- Supervise Sales Representatives.
Requirements
- Male, 25-30 years old
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- Excellent in communications at all levels using effective oral and written skills
- Has proven sales track records
- Can develop and implement outstanding sales strategies
- Considerable experience in supervising with large companies of at least 6 month ideally in the same environment
- High analytical and strong leadership skills, self – driven, Flexible,
- Willing to travel and to be relocated
- Must know how to drive with professional driver’s license
