HR-Organization Development Supervisor Fulltime

Responsibilities:
Designs, creates and revises courses; incorporating basic training components.
Develops courses or curriculum based on direction provided by Manager, incorporating general leadership development principles.
Participates in meetings to gather data and documents from the Subjet Matter Experts (SMEs).
Designs coursework and training materials by filling in the details in the storyboard provided by the Manager and SMEs.
Tracks training and organizational trends and makes necessary changes to current courses and programs.
Prepares project updates for the project heads. May work with the department/account heads to create a report for tracking and completion


Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master\'s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
Required language(s): English.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Organizational Development/Change Management or equivalent.
